Ying, one of the hotel’s four signature restaurants, does serve Chinese moon cakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival in October.
We think the best time of year to stay at this luxury hotel is during the five-week long Macau International Fireworks Display in September, when 10 international fireworks teams take turns launching impressive shows a few times a week. Every guestroom and suite has unobstructed views of the South China Sea, where the fireworks are launched, so there isn’t a bad seat in the hotel.
