Galaxy Hotel’s Terrazza definitely fits the bill for being a romantic restaurant. The centerpiece of the dimly lit establishment is a three-tiered chandelier filled with candles, and if you venture outside to the patio area, Terrazza’s water feature can help set the mood as a complement to a glass of Michele Chiarlo “Nivole” Moscato d’ Asti, which is a part of the restaurant’s 800-bottle wine list (brought to you to peruse on an iPad). In fact, the night I dined at the Macau restaurant, a young man in a nearby booth proposed to his girlfriend. The young lady was crying tears of joy as onlookers showed their excitement for the newly engaged couple by smiling and giving them a round of applause.
