steakhouse, which offers traditional meat entrées and à la carte sides served family style. The “beef cart”—wheeled tableside and accompanied by an unscripted description
of each cut by the server—is what makes Manny’s famous, along with dishes like
the 40-ounce rib-eye, the 48-ounce double porterhouse and live lobsters. The lounge
