This is a warm, country inn-style restaurant, located in the Bernardus Lodge. Marinus features exposed-beam ceilings, earth-toned walls, vintage tapestries and a magnificent 2-foot-wide European limestone fireplace—not to mention a patio and surrounding gardens. Signature dishes are rich in organic and fresh ingredients and include turbot with caramelized endive and celery root pure, and local spot prawns with crispy marinated vegetables and truffle vinaigrette. The impressive wine cellar stocks more than 1,000 selections.
