The guest rooms at Mandarin Oriental, Miami are spacious, with serene color schemes, subtle Asian touches and great views. Every room has either a skyline or bay view; some have both. Rooms with views also have large balconies so you can enjoy watching the sun rise and set. The smallest room, which is the Superior Island View room, is 377 square feet, and comes with a king-size bed. The largest room – which sleeps three — is the Oriental Suite. It’s a decadent, 2,365-square-foot sanctuary. But no matter what room a guest chooses, each room has a spacious bathtub, work area and separate seating area. The décor in all is understated in soothing shades of cream and gold with pops of vibrant color, like in the public areas of the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel. While the walls in calm shades of beige and brown allow the outdoor views to steal the show, abstract art and bright orange bolster pillows and desk chairs catch the eye.
