Dining at Azul is like a delicious journey that starts and ends with special gifts from the chef. To start off the meal, an amuse-bouche is offered. It’s usually just a bite or two of something seasonal and unique to that evening that excites your palate for the delicious dishes to come. In addition to a taste to set off the meal, a treat is also presented at the conclusion of the evening. Your server will bring out a small platter of sweets called mignardises from the pastry chef. It includes petite macarons, shortbread cookies, bite-size cakes, and fruit jelly candies. Both edible gifts add an extra touch of luxury to an already outstanding evening at the Miami restaurant.
