Scarpetta Miami Beach, Scott Conant’s Italian restaurant in Fontainebleau Miami Beach, is a large restaurant with many desirable seating options. But we think some of the best tables are those on the outdoor terrace, which is not only quieter than the main dining room but also brighter with its panoramic views of the Fontainebleau’s manicured grounds. We prefer those tables right beside the window, but the gray-and-white Ikat banquette is quite comfortable, too — it makes a perfect spot to linger after a long and satisfying repast. We also like the curved banquettes inside the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant’s main dining room, though, which sport a blue-and-white pattern and create small intimate nooks tucked between dark, rope-tied pillars as though you’re actually dining aboard a luxury cruise liner.
