Lapis The Spa at Fontainebleau offers a lovely selection of healthy snacks and soothing beverages for guests at the Miami-area spa. When you’ve worked up an appetite after swimming some laps in the essence mineral pool or need to rehydrate after sweating out toxins in the eucalyptus infusion steam room, make your way to the refreshments lounge. It’s conveniently located at the intersection of the quiet relaxation room, the locker room and the immersion mineral water jet bath. You’ll find plates of ripe strawberries and orange slices, a bowl of apples and individual cups filled with nutty trail mix at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star spa. You’ll also see an urn of strawberry-and-citrus infused water, though if you prefer a warm beverage, just make yourself a cup with the urn of hot water and a selection of Tazo tea bags. Steep a cup, then snuggle up under a blanket in the quiet relaxation lounge and let all your tension melt away. If you don't want to walk to the refreshments lounge, however, you’ll also find fruit-infused water by the coed mineral pool and next to the lounge on the treatment room floors.
