Like the rest of The Iron Horse Hotel, the fine dining Smyth creates an aura of comfort and warmth within a framework of reclaimed materials and a nod to the building’s manufacturing past. Copper-wrapped tables made of elm and steel dot the room, which also features exposed brick and heart-pine posts that date back 300 years. The menu offers modern takes on classic American dishes and serves a funky Route 66 buffet brunch menu on Sundays.
