Chef/owner Deborah Knight uses ingredients and cooking techniques from around the
world to create her own brand of eclectic cuisine, which has included dishes such as
Louisiana spiced prawns, Thai shrimp and coconut soup, and fennel and pesto risotto.
Three types of five-course tasting menus are available to suit all tastes (Mosaic,
Ocean and Vegetable). Local artwork punctuates the earth-toned dining room with
color, and a beautiful, custom-made mosaic floor adds sparkle.
