There are two types of menus at The Restaurant at Meadowood. The first is the seasonal prix fixe, which is a four-course tasting menu for $125 and includes canapés, “First Bites,” your selection of four courses and “Last Bites.” Wine pairings are offered with this menu for an additional $105. Some of the summer dishes offered on are the heirloom tomato and wild plum, the “marbre” of rabbit, lobster and sweetbreads, and the chermoula-rubbed duck, as well as a delectable three-cheese course and scrumptious last bites, such as strawberry and pistachio vacherin.
The other dining option is the chef’s tasting menu for $225, which is a 10-course, three-hour-long feast sure to wow your taste buds. To make them explode, add the wine pairings for an extra $205. The menu includes canapés, “First Bites” and “Last Bites.” Among the parade of courses, dishes like the poached prawn “cocktail,” foie gras enrobed in licorice, grilled Japanese horse mackerel and Pont-l’Évêque in soft pretzel will be trotted out in front of you.
The Restaurant at Meadowood offers a chef's tasting menu each evening of nine or 10 courses, which changes seasonally. Each dish focuses on using the freshest of ingredients. What excites us most is the concept of curation: creating bespoke menus that speak to each guest's individual preferences and sense of adventure. Taking this approach, we hope to build deeper relationships with our guests and deliver experiences that are evocative, emotional and thus very personal.
