The oysters at The Southern and 55 South. There’s a new place in the farmers market called Wild and Local, and they have a lot of great seafood. I’ve been doing a lot more of buying stuff at the farmers market and cooking it on my own, like a crawfish boil, shrimp boil, crab boil. Get a few dozen oysters, eating them raw or throwing them on the grill.
