The menu at Atrium Restaurant at The NoMad Hotel is divided into snacks, appetizers, entrées and desserts with each item well proportioned so that you can order a dish from each section without feeling like it’s Thanksgiving dinner. The snacks, like butter-dipped radishes or six tastes of seafood, are the ideal nibble with a cocktail while you peruse the rest of the menu. Appetizers are heavy on vegetables, but you’ll still find king crab and foie gras, plus housemade pasta. For entrées, don’t miss the indulgent roasted chicken for two if you have a date, it’s stuffed with foie gras and black truffles. The desserts are worth a visit to the New York City restaurant alone; we loved the deconstructed carrot cake with pineapple sorbet. Of course, your server is there to lead the way and answer any questions you have about the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended restaurant's menu.
