If you head to Boulud Sud’s website, bouludsud.com, you will find a tab for reservations. Merely click on this and it will bring you to an OpenTable page where you can easily pen in the day and time you would like to try chef Daniel Boulud’s upscale Mediterranean cuisine. It’s suggested that you make a reservation, especially if you are planning your dinner around a show at Lincoln Center, since the New York City restaurant’s approximately 100 seats do fill up. However, if you don’t book a spot ahead of time, it doesn’t mean you won’t get a table, it just may take some time. Usually, lunch is a safe bet for walk-ins.
