Does Brushstroke have a bar menu?

Answers from Our Experts (1)

Since there isn’t a traditional bar at Brushstroke, a bar menu isn’t offered. But the  Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star New York City restaurant’s tasting menus shine, with two such menus in the main dining room and a separate omakase (or chef’s selection) at the sushi counter. Chef Eiji Ichimura will serve a few items à la carte from his sushi counter, depending on availability, and you can order them in the main dining room as well. Offerings will include marinated and cured fish as well as some cooked items prepared edomae, a Tokyo-based sushi style that is more than 200 years old.
