Since there isn’t a traditional bar at Brushstroke, a bar menu isn’t offered. But the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star New York City restaurant’s tasting menus shine, with two such menus in the main dining room and a separate omakase (or chef’s selection) at the sushi counter.
