Just like the menu options at Per Se, the cocktail list constantly changes. A well-edited list of cocktails is rolled out at the New York restaurant every two to three months. During our visit, the offerings included a Pomme Fizz, made with Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine, Camut Calvados Six Ans and apple mousse, as well as a Rhum au Poivre, a mix of Charbay rum, elderflower liqueur and pink peppercorns.
For a change in scenery and a slightly different experience, try ordering a specialty cocktail in the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant's salon, where you can show up without a reservation and enjoy drinks and signature canapés, or even a full dinner.
