Things to Know
• The spa recommends making an appointment at two weeks in advance, but concierge will always do its best to try to accommodate guests based on availability.

• Although you can choose from a variety of treatments, the staff suggests booking a segment of time (90 minutes is best) and let them decide which massage, scrub, body wrap or treatment is best suited for your body.

• We hate to even mention the “c” word, but if your day needs to be cancelled for some reason, it’s not a life or death issue. Just make sure to cancel 24 hours before your appointment time.

• If you want to extend your spa day into an at-home spa night, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental’s Boutique offers a wide range of scents, sounds and oils to choose.

• The pool is only for use by hotel guests.
