This intimate, formal restaurant features a gourmet menu with fresh and local seasonal dishes, as well as a superb wine list. Muse also offers a unique Vintage Vanderbilt menu, which draws upon the Vanderbilt family's menus from the turn of the century, and allows guests to have a taste of the esteemed family's favorite dishes. Muse is open for dinner year-round, but with limited hours in the off-season.
For a more casual dining experience, guests can enjoy the cuisine at The Conservatory, The Vanderbilt Grace's bistro style restaurant. Serving contemporary fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Conservatory's menu also extends to the hotel's outdoor Garden Terrace space for alfresco dining.
In the summer, the bar atop the Rooftop Terrace at The Vanderbilt Grace offers a stunning panoramic view of Newport and its surrounding region.
