This summer, Pelican Grill and Coliseum Pool & Grill are featuring special dishes honoring the cuisine of the countries competing in the World Cup Brazil games. Guests can view the matches on our nine-foot TV screens in the Lounges, or on flat-screen TVs in a private ocean-view cabana.

For a taste of Southern California’s locally sourced produce, guests enjoy daily Ranch-to-Resort Summer Specials at Coliseum Pool & Grill. Freshly picked from the Irvine Ranch® just eight miles away, an abundant variety of farm-fresh summer products inspire Chef Micah’s à la carte specials. Local tomatoes, strawberries, avocados and beans are in season this summer and coming to dining tables across the Resort, including our signature restaurant, Andrea.

The Caffé offers Crystal Cove Picnic Basket for lunch, dinner or anything in between. Guests can experience a quintessential seaside tradition along the Pacific Coast by pre-ordering their own gourmet beach picnic, including artisan panini, fresh wraps, Irvine Ranch salads, seasonal fruit, pasta salads, savory snacks and bakery sweets.
