There is simply nothing like dining at a restaurant whose service is as impeccable as its cuisine, and Studio fits this bill. The knowledgeable staff can help direct your meal choices and answer myriad questions about the food and wine. When we dined at Studio, the server was willing to help make tough decisions (oysters vs. sashimi, halibut vs. rib eye). He carefully explained each dish and their flavors and exhibited patience while we weighed our options. The sommelier gives first-class service, and is an expert in pairing course selections with outstanding wines. While the staff here was always attentive and eager to help, it was not to a fault and we never felt as if service was intruding on our dining experience.
