Stein Eriksen Lodge was one of the first luxury hotels in Utah to offer a weekly Sunday brunch. Hosted in the Four-Star Glitretind restaurant, the brunch features menu favorites and specials created by executive chef Zane Holmquist. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and prices range from $32 to $45 per person, depending on the holiday and season. Reservations are required in the winter, when the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel is overrun by skiers, and recommended in the more relaxed summer months.
Sunday Brunch at Stein Eriksen Lodge is a Utah classic favored by guests and locals alike. The buffet is seasonally based and includes local and organic products. To begin, we offer soups, our Wild Game Chili, seasonal salads, sushi, seafood platters and artisan meat and cheese displays. We feature a variety of hot entrées and sides including game dishes, poultry, seafood and meat dishes alongside breakfast staples such as our maple glazed bacon. The manned action station offers a carved entrée as well as omelets and bananas foster made to order. In addition, our pastry chef prepares more than 20 handcrafted desserts as a finale to our guests’ brunch experience.
