This New England clamshack by way of the West Village has many outstanding seafood options, from briny raw oysters and clam chowder with smoky bacon to whole-grilled fish and bouillabaisse. But, really, there’s only one item you need to think about: the lobster roll. The one here will bring you to your knees. A toasted, buttery hot dog bun cradles chunks of sweet lobster and shares the plate with a nest of shoestring fries. It’s a perfect mix of sweet, salty, crunchy and creamy. The secret’s long been out on the food here, so expect a wait despite a long-overdue expansion a few years back.
