While Hyatt Regency Sacramento resembles a typical resort hotel from the outside, inside it reveals a chic and eclectic modern design style. The public areas and many of the hotel’s 504 rooms were renovated since 2011, and the work continues. The expansive and light-filled lobby features a soothing taupe, espresso and cream décor, accented by unusual pieces, such as a sliced teak root mounted over the door and a wall of white commas mounted behind the front desk. Seating areas feature inviting taupe leather armchairs with hair-calf exteriors, circular glass tables clad in butterscotch leather and log sofas in natural fiber fabric accented by graphic rugs with a sinuous design.

One of the most striking areas of the lobby is Amourath 1811 bar, which is separated from the rest of the lobby by an installation of glass cylinders and smooth bottles suspended in the air. The guest rooms at the Sacramento hotel have a different color scheme, but feature the same inviting chic and modern design style.
