Although it’s on the Boardwalk adjacent to the Manchester Grand Hyatt, this is no
tourist trap. Lots of locals come here to enjoy the beautiful waterfront views and ultrafresh
seafood, which includes pan-fried diver scallops with lychee relish and ahi tuna
with miso-mustard. The crab cakes, which are grilled (not fried), are said to be some
of the best in the city. For those looking for something besides seafood, dishes like
Asian-style tofu lasagna and Colorado lamb loin marinated in Chinese black beans
are a sure bet.
