If you are going to cancel your appointment at The Mokara Spa, be sure to notify the spa as soon as possible. You have to give your credit card number to spa services when you make your appointment. It won’t charge you until after your treatment is completed — and you have the option to pay with a different card or cash at that time, if you so desire. However, your card will be charged if you cancel your appointment without enough warning. Should you cancel more than 12 hours prior to your treatment, there will be no penalty; but if you cancel within that 12-hour period, you will be charged 50 percent of the price of the treatment you had scheduled. If you never call to cancel and never show up, you will be charged the full price of the treatment.
