Wine director Elizabeth Huettinger uses her finely honed palate to curate Addison’s massive 37,000-bottle collection. Huettinger most recently was the assistant wine director at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Spago in Beverly Hills and before that was a sommelier and manager at Cavaillon in San Diego. She's also been featured at the Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival and the Pebble Beach Food and Wine Festival, and worked as a sommelier at Aubergine at L'Auberge in Carmel, California.
