The Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto has one restaurant, Quattro. This fine dining spot uses ingredients from local farms to serve Italian lunches and dinners. It also makes room for huevos rancheros and classic day starters for breakfast and brunch. All the meals here are served in either the contemporary dining room, which is accented by stone work and light wood, or outside on the garden terrace. Lunches by and large are pizzas, paninis, pastas and salads, plus a rosemary chicken, grilled hanger steak and Kobe beef burger. Dinners include dishes like a sockeye salmon with sultana raisins and eggplant caponata, and an Angus rib eye dressed up with gigante beans, oven-cured tomatoes and spinach. Visit Quattro on Sunday and you can get a three-course dinner for $25; for children under 18 years old, the price of the meal will be the same as their age.
