Pan Pacific Seattle’s 153 rooms come in all shapes and sizes — ranging from the 340-square-foot Deluxe City View Queen to the enormous 1,250-square-foot penthouse — so the average price depends on the room type and time of year.
The Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel's standard rooms with views of the iconic Space Needle are generally more expensive than those with a city vista. The deluxe room with two double beds and a view of the city runs between $220 and $500, while the same room that looks out onto the Space Needle costs anywhere from $240 to $550. The premium rooms will set you back anywhere from $230 to $550, while the largest of the standard rooms is the Space Needle Corner King, which costs between $320 and $750.
Pan Pacific Seattle also features five different suites. The spacious 510-square-foot Studio Suite costs anywhere from $295 to $565. A bit larger is the Balcony Studio Suite, ranging from $320 to as much as $600. Of course, as you go up in size, so goes the price. The Balcony and Space Needle suites run between $400 and $1,000, while the luxe Denny Suite (the penthouse) costs an average of $1,200 — but when those December holidays roll around, expect to pay up to $6,500.
