What’s the best table at The Georgian?

There isn’t a single best table at The Georgian, the stately restaurant located inside Seattle’s The Fairmont Olympic Hotel where Northwest cuisine meets France. Likewise, there aren’t any unique views, as sheer curtains cover the restaurant’s windows. But don’t be mistaken in thinking that there aren’t any sights to see. Indeed, the dining room is an absolutely gorgeous setting with its triple-height ceilings, twinkling chandeliers and elegant palm trees, recalling a bygone era when dining in tuxedos was de rigueur. The seating arrangements, meanwhile, include traditional two- and four-seaters, but some of the best seats at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant are those banquettes where you and your date can cozy up to each other and take in the highlights of the room together.
If you’re dining in a group of up to 12 people, however, definitely consider reserving The Petite private dining room located in the back of the restaurant. With its stately long table and intimate setting, it’s a lovely spot for a meal en famille.
