The room service menu at Grand Hyatt Shanghai is one of our favorite perks at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel. Unlike New York, Shanghai is not a 24-hour city, so there are no places to grab late-night food around the hotel, making the room service menu nearly essential. Every single dish is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Choose from an enormous selection of Chinese and Western foods, including traditional pan-fried pork dumplings with sesame seeds and spicy Sichuan noodle soup with fried egg and tomato. You can also nosh on a tomato, buffalo mozzarella, pesto and lettuce Panini; house-made Italian pork sausage with roasted peppers; or a number of breakfast dishes.
