Views are the top attraction at JW Marriott Shanghai at Tomorrow Square, where the 38th-floor lobby and the hotel’s restaurants have wraparound windows. Those are our favorite spots to take in the scenery below, but every room at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel offers equally good views of the surrounding cityscape. Rooms on the northern side of the tower look out onto busy East and West Nanjing Roads, which are packed with cars and pedestrians. Rooms on the southern side have views of blue neon-lit Yan’an Highway (cars crawl up this highway day and night). Many rooms also offer views of leafy People’s Park, traditional low-rise houses and the Shanghai Art Museum, which dates back to 1933.
