The children’s room service menu at Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai serves the same epicurean fare as its regular menu, but in smaller portions. All kids' meals are RMB75 (US$12) and include a main and three sides, which your kids can choose. They can combine chicken drumsticks with sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli and a side salad. Other options include fish fingers, spaghetti with cauliflower and cheese, and a side of mint peas. The kiddie menu is served from 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. There’s also plenty for them to enjoy on the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel's regular breakfast menu, which is served starting at 5 a.m. Kids can try a Chinese breakfast of hot soy milk and youtiao, a fried cruller-like pastry; or they can go the Western route with waffles or buttermilk pancakes, yogurt and granola, or eggs made any way.
