Mr & Mrs Bund is in the hands of Paul Pairet, a critically acclaimed French chef who has won numerous awards and accolades for his cooking. Pairet has worked in Asia for several years, including foodie hot spots such as Hong Kong and Jakarta. After a stint at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, Pairet was hired by Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai to open the opulent Adam Tihany-designed restaurant, Jade on 36.
