A black-and-white sushi bar with a color-changing digital screen set behind it adds to the modern décor of Shibuya, a Las Vegas Strip hot spot located in the MGM Grand Hotel (see). Bamboo tables with brown-striped chairs fill the main dining area, which is referred to as the "kelp room"—the walls are constructed of a woodlike "seaweed." The menu offers specialties such as miso wild salmon, toro tartar, and kampachi with fresh yuzu and black truffle oil, along with unique sushi choices.
