Designed by lauded interior design firm Pierre-Yves Rochon, the dining room is a plush pastiche of art deco-inspired appointments and dazzling décor that includes oversized Lalique vases, dazzling Italian crystal chandeliers and modern artwork. Attached to the restaurant’s main seating area, a “winter garden” adds a unique touch of natural materials with its greenery-lined walls and central tree that stretches up towards a skylight.
Michaelidis' cuisine incorporates all the tasty tenets of Robuchon’s accomplished kitchen, using seasonal ingredients and serving such savory French classics as foie gras, roasted baby lamb rack, veal, seafood and much more. À la carte menus are available, though many opt for the menu appétit, which allows you to determine how many courses you have and to choose which dishes you’d like, or the indulgent degustation menu, which features more than 10 courses and takes over two hours to complete.
