Which rooms have the best views at Twin Farms?

Answers from Our Experts (2)

You will find a jaw-dropping view in every room at Twin Farms. Of course, these views change with the season. For instance, during the height of summer, the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel's Treehouse cottage overlooks the lush and thickly wooded trees that surround it. In the winter, while reclining in the rocking chair on your three-season porch, you can likely see Ski Hill and some of the six private trails at Twin Farms. The Hillside suite in The Lodge has a romantic and thickly padded window box seat with views overlooking the descending hillside, which is dotted with wildflowers in the summer and covered in snow in the winter. The Lodge also has ski-in/ski-out access. Farmhouse at Copper Hill sits on one of the high elevations in the area, right around 1,600 feet above sea level; so for unobstructed views of the beautiful Barnard hills, take a seat on one of the suite's porch gliders.

Meadow Cottage, Orchard Cottage and Barn Cottage all afford wonderful views of our private downhill ski trails at Twin Farms. The Farmhouse at Copper Hill, set up on a hillside overlooking Copper Pond, has beautiful southerly views towards Mount Ascutney. Guest Room and Dorothy&rsquos Suite in the Main House have lovely views of the south lawn.
