You’ll need to call at least 24 hours prior to 6 p.m. on the day you were scheduled to arrive; but if you booked one of the One-Bedroom Suites, Luxury One-Bedroom Suites or the Presidential Suite, the hotel asks that you give it extra notice and cancel 72 hours prior to 6 p.m. local time. If you don’t call before then, you’ll be charged one night’s accommodation.
