This low-lit restaurant, swathed in deep red fabric and decorated with old black-and
white photos of burlesque stars, has a sexy, not tawdry, vibe. The kitchen does a great
job with its selection of steakhouse favorites (a half-dozen steaks and chops cooked
to perfection) and adds some inspired sides, like truffle-scented creamed spinach,
goose fat potatoes and mixed heirloom tomatoes in season.
