Philadelphia, Swann Café is the more accessible of the hotel’s exceptional restaurants.
Menus are overseen by Executive Chef Martin Hamann and range from light and
lovely dishes, such as an appetizer ragout of forest mushrooms and asparagus tips,
to a zesty sandwich of pulled osso buco with aged provolone and spicy pepper and
onion relish on a stirato roll.
