Hotel Murano’s signature restaurant, BITE, is arguably one of the best in Tacoma. Serving fresh, local fare, chef Matt Stickle creates playful, yet masterful plates are sure to please the palate. Breakfast offers myriad delicious choices, including gingerbread French toast and a Pacific frittata with Dungeness crab. A lunch of micro-brewed fish and chips or truffle mac and cheese will be a bright spot in your day. It doesn’t matter whether you choose the farmer’s market special for dinner, grilled wild salmon or chile-brined pork chop, just be sure to finish with a PB&J bread pudding or mile-high chocolate cake.

Prefer a drink and quick bite to eat instead? Head down to the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended hotel's lobby bar and sip on specialty cocktails or a glass of Washington wine while sampling crab and artichoke dip and Kobe sliders.
