There’s no doubt that Manzanita is a popular spot — after all, it’s a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant — so for any reservation, this restaurant inside The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe asks that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. That said, you won’t run into any sort of fee if you end up cancelling within the one-day mark. One exception: If you book a reservation at Manzanita for a party of 13 or more, you’ll be required to put down your credit card information and charges will incur if you cancel last-minute. Either way, if you need to cancel, for courtesy’s sake we suggest you let the restaurant know as soon as possible so the host can open up your table for someone else. For breakfast and lunch, you most likely won’t need a reservation, but dinner reservations are highly recommended to secure your spot.
