The relaxation area at Spa du Sureau is luxurious yet utterly simple. In the small, private alcove, you’ll lounge on one of the two deep, overstuffed chairs, set up to take advantage of the spa’s warmest and sunniest area. A window to your left opens onto the curtain of greenery that lies beyond the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star spa building, and though you can’t see it, you can certainly hear the sound of running water from the fountains just outside. A small, flower-covered glass table is set with raspberry-garnished iced tea and chocolate-dipped cookies. The intimate relaxation area is an excellent spot for meditating, or even a nap.
Spa du Sureau’s relaxation room has a cozy atmosphere with rich and warm colors that complement the Art Deco-style furniture. The area can seat up to three guests who can view the outside fountain and enjoy the sounds of the trickling water while sipping elderberry tea.
