What are the five best treatments at Indaba Spa?

Answers from Our Experts (1)

The treatment menu at Indaba Spa at the Innisbrook Resort features massages, facials, body scrubs, couples treatments, and salon services. For something unique, check the spa’s monthly specials and spa rituals to see what Indaba Spa is featuring for the month. Many of these spa treatments are one-time offerings, but the five best treatments you’ll always find on the menu include:

1. Indaba’s Signature Ritual Massage. Performed for 50 or 80 minutes, the spa’s signature massage uses citrus-scented oils and lotions to help relax your mind and body. This treatment comes with a complimentary foot scrub and hot towel heat therapy.

2. Sunset Scalp Massage. A favorite at the Florida spa, this 25-minute scalp massage will send you into a state of complete serenity and allow you a perfectly timed catnap. The scalp massage can be booked on its own or added to any facial or body treatment.

3.Indaba Signature Facial. This 80-minute facial uses organic harvest fruit, flowers and spices from Hungary to exfoliate your skin and leave it feeling stimulated and hydrated. It also includes a lip and eye treatment, and it’s known around the waiting room as the “ultimate indulgence” for dry skin.

4. Ice Cream Social Manicure and Pedicure. Nails deserve a little fun, too, which is why we love this cute take on the traditional manicure and pedicure. During the 40-minute manicure and 50-minute pedicure, you’ll soak your limbs in the ME! Bath Ice Cream of your choice. The bath balls, which look like ice cream scoops, are filled with purifying minerals, salts and delicious fragrances like chocolate, caramel and marshmallow. The best part is that you’ll enjoy an actual ice cream cone during the service.

5. Indaba’s African Ritual Signature Treatment. A combination full-body massage, this 50- or 80-minute treatment starts with a scalp massage using Moroccan Argan oils and is followed by a massage with rich Tamanu Shea butter. It also includes an Ootanga foot scrub and a heated towel treatment.
