There are two relaxation areas at Indaba Spa in the Innisbrook Resort. One is in the locker rooms, and the other is a private garden area just outside the spa that connects the treatment room area to the locker rooms.
The locker room relaxation areas are set with plush lounge chairs and ottomans, side tables with magazines, small waterfalls to set the mood, and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook one of the golf courses at Innisbrook (the windows are shaded, so while you can see out, passersby can’t see in). In the locker room relaxation area, you’ll also find water, hot tea, trail mix, fresh fruit and granola to snack on while you relax and wait for your treatment at the Florida spa.
Just outside the locker rooms and before you reach the treatment rooms, you’ll come upon glass doors that lead to a private outdoor garden. Walk out there to meet friends, sit in the sun or just soak in some quiet time before or after your treatment.
