What does Anthony Zhao always travel with?
I always travel with my knife. I'm a chef and I like to collect different knives, so when I travel I bring a different knife each time. I can use it for cutting food, or for when I go camping or hiking — I always have a small knife in a holster on my belt.
I also always travel with instant noodles. Even though I’m really against instant food, whenever I travel I always want to have instant noodles in my suitcase, even though I may never eat it — usually I end up taking the same package to the U.S. and back to China. The instant noodles are in case I’ve been eating too much Western food and I get a terrible craving for Chinese food. It just gives me a feeling of safety.
