What are Ariane Daguin's favorite shops to visit when traveling?
In Paris, I go to the market, always whether it’s the Saint Germain Market or Rouges. I make a point with my friends - we have dinner pretty late, then we party until two or three in the morning and then we go to Rouges. In Rouges I take the opportunity to go see the charcuterie side and the cheese - I love cheese. When I go to Paris I make a point to go to La Grande Epicerie because at La Grande Epicerie I can buy my piment d'Espelette - I have to come back here with piment d'Espelette. And if I have time I will go to the store of Pierre Oteiza. He has this black pig from the Pyrenees and he makes an exceptional ham with it.
