I think in Nashville and across the country people are really going back to the old classic cocktails, and a lot more whiskey cocktails. I think people spend a lot of time really honing their craft and perfecting different recipes. A nice steak or pork chop can be made with just a little bit of salt and pepper. You don’t need to add too much else. I think there was a time fairly recently when we were adding all these crazy ingredients. That’s still going on, but there’s a lot more focus on the classic craft cocktail.
