What are Curtis Stone’s favorite ingredients?

The obvious stuff like truffles. I still remember the first time I ate a truffle in Europe and was totally blown away with the flavor. I grew up around the ocean, so I love everything that comes from there. Lobster and crab are probably my favorite things that come out of the sea. But there are so many things, such as mussels, cockles, clams and, you know, the bold, the beautiful and the ugly, such as monkfish — one of the ugliest things you’ll ever see, but so tasty if you know how to cook it right.
