What does David Burke always have in his refrigerator?
I have water; butter; English muffins in the freezer because I’m not home that much; yogurt; soymilk; and Pastrami Salmon. I need stuff with good shelf life because sometimes I’ll be gone for a week or two, that’s why I freeze the bread. Then I have all my condiments — mustard, ketchup, soy sauce and sesame oil. I don’t really keep a lot of fresh food in the house. I keep a couple bottles of 12NtM, a beverage I created; I keep the white cold, I drink the red at room temperature.
