What does Devin Alexander always have in her refrigerator?
At home, I always have egg whites. I’m a big fan of making sure I eat protein in the morning. Then I have lean protein of some sort — either chicken or fish. I do eat beef as well, lean cuts of it. I always have lots of fruits and veggies, of course. Not actually in my refrigerator, but my grains are quinoa or whole-grain pasta. I also like to make things like crab salad that I put in soy paper wrappers and stuff like that.
